The board of Enfucell has released company’s CEO Jaakko Happonen from his duties on May 10, 2007 with immediate effect because of differences in view. The board has nominated Risto Huvila, now VP Sales & Marketing as Acting CEO. The board will start a recruitment process to select a new CEO. These changes have no impact on the company’s commitments or strategy.
